Since I had to work Thursday, my family Thanksgiving will be tomorrow. Well, today. Friday. Whatever. So it’s 2:43 a.m. and I’m making cranberry sauce and finishing up brining my turkey (made an awesome brine with apple cider, rosemary, and orange), and making sweet potato casserole and herbed broccoli and DAMNIT I JUST WANT TO SLEEEEEEEEP.
